Preconstruction Planning

ABOUT US
Mr. Ch. Basharatullah Khan has been going from strength to strength as he brings with him experience of Project, Design & Construction management of nearly half a century. He specialized in structural design, obtaining his BSc. Engg. (Mech.) Degree with distinction from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh in June, 1975. He came to Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after completing his engineering.

Since then he has garnered invaluable experience and repute in the field of Design, Consultancy, Project and Construction Management of nearly 50 years, having served the industry across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and India.

With his able guidance, precise supervision and leadership he has timely delivered challenging mega-projects through the utilization of the latest and most effective engineering, Design & management strategies as well as incorporating the most advanced construction techniques during supervision. With his team of more than a dozen senior technical personnel and numerous international collaborators, Mr. Khan has successfully managed the completion of over 50 large scale projects ranging from 1 million to 400 million Saudi Arabian Riyals.

Eng. Khan has had the honor of having his expert services employed in numerous Government Construction Projects, such as the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Health, National Guard, and Ministry of Higher Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, among others.
Whereas in the private sector his working association and relationship have included the top companies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including Saudi Binladen Group, Tatweer Group, Al Rashed Group, Saudi Oger Group, Haji Abdullah Alireza Group, Abdul Hadi Tahir Group, Suha Islam Group, International Indian School Jeddah, Mahmood Saeed Group etc.
